1.1 Account Registration

  • To use CARRY's services, you must create an account by providing accurate personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment details.

  • You agree to keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

1.2 Ride Requests

  • You can request a ride through the CARRY's app, where we will connect you with an available driver.

  • You must provide accurate pick-up and drop-off locations and ensure your phone is active during the ride.

1.3 Payment

  • By using the CARRY's platform, you agree to pay the fare for the ride as determined by the app. Payment can be made via credit/debit card, mobile wallets, or cash (if available in your region).

  • You agree to pay any additional fees (e.g., cancellation fees, surge pricing) as outlined in the app.

1.4 Ride Cancellation

  • You can cancel a ride at any time before the driver arrives, but a cancellation fee may apply if the driver is already on their way.

  • If you fail to show up or cancel after a driver has been assigned, you may be charged a "no-show" or "late cancellation" fee.

1.5 Passenger Conduct

  • You agree to behave respectfully toward drivers and comply with the law at all times during the ride.

  • Any abusive or disruptive behavior may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

1.6 Liability

  • CARRY's is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during your ride unless caused by the negligence or intentional misconduct of CARRY's or its drivers.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold CARRY's harmless for any damages or claims arising from your use of the Service.

1.7 Modifications

  • CARRY's reserves the right to modify or suspend its services at any time without prior notice.
