2.1 Account Registration

To become a driver with CARRY's, you must complete the registration process, providing accurate personal information, driving license details, vehicle information, and insurance coverage.

Your account will be reviewed, and you must pass a background check before being approved to drive with CARRY's.
2.2 Ride Requests

By accepting ride requests, you agree to pick up passengers and drive them to their destination based on the details provided in the app.

You agree to maintain your vehicle in good working condition, ensuring that it is safe and meets all legal requirements.
2.3 Payment

As a driver, you will be paid for the rides you complete based on the fare set by CARRY's.

CARRY's takes a commission from the fare, and the remaining amount will be credited to your account. You can withdraw your earnings through the available payment options.
2.4 Driver Conduct

Drivers are expected to provide a safe, respectful, and courteous experience for passengers. Any abusive, discriminatory, or unsafe behavior may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

You must comply with all traffic laws, regulations, and safety standards while driving with CARRY's.
2.5 Insurance and Liability

Drivers must maintain valid insurance coverage for their vehicle as required by local laws. CARRY's provides additional insurance coverage for drivers during rides, but you are responsible for maintaining your vehicle and insurance.

CARRY's is not liable for any accidents or damages that occur during the ride unless caused by the negligence or intentional misconduct of CARRY's.
2.6 Termination of Driver Status

CARRY's reserves the right to terminate or suspend a driver’s account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms, poor ratings, or failure to meet operational standards.
2.7 Modifications

CARRY's reserves the right to modify or suspend its services or change commission structures at any time without prior notice.
